What to Expect

  • What's a service like?    Our Sunday services are an hour to an hour and 15 minutes long.  We sing hymns, pray, hear from God through Scripture readings and a sermon, and receive Holy Communion.  We are a liturgical congregation, which means we follow the order of worship Christians have been celebrating for almost two thousand years.
  • What's the music like?     On the fourth Sunday of the month, our worship music is led by the Revive Praise Band.  The other Sundays are primarily led by the organ or piano with special music groups at offering and communion.
  • How do people dress?     We have casual sweaters and jeans, polos and khakis, dresses and suits with ties, and more. Your presence with us is more important than what you wear.
  • What about my kids?     Families with young children are encouraged to worship together.  We welcome the energy and enthusiasm of children in worship.
  • Can I take communion?     We welcome you to receive the Lord's Body and Blood those who are baptized in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit and believe that Jesus Christ, crucified and risen, is truly present in, with and under the forms of bread and wine for the forgiveness of sins, life and salvation.
  • How can I get connected?      Contact the office at (405) 341-3205 from Monday through Thursdays mornings to discuss where you would like to serve.
